At Olive Oil Lovers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your harvest; if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our premium oils, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles unless the product is defective.

Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the broken bottle to expedite your claim.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item or verify the damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
